Since replacement posts were not available, Dave replaced the decaying portion of the post with new lumber and glued and spliced new lumber into the posts. The work he did far exceeded our expectations and you cannot tell the difference from what new posts would look like. He was there when he said he'd be there and just did a great job. What a testimony to Garden Homes to have people on your staff that can do anything. The fact that after 13 years since we built the house through Garden Homes and you still provide service calls is unusual today. Thanks again for your assistance in this matter and if you have any potential customers who are deciding between Garden Homes and another builder, have them call me!"
